Possums are protected wildlife, and catching them requires a special license. A humane cage trap will be placed in the roof void and baited, as possums are nocturnal and most active at night while searching for food. The trap will be checked every morning by the technician, as required by law. Most possums are caught within the first or second night.

The price includes up to 3 nights of trapping. If additional nights are required, a $75 fee applies per night to cover the technician’s return visits and rebaiting of the trap. Rest assured, we aim to resolve your possum issue as quickly and efficiently as possible!

All people and pets must be out of house for at least 5+ hours and avoid any carpeted areas on return until 100% dry as all carpets are blanket sprayed to kill of baby larvae, cupboards containing fabrics are sprayed with aerosol.
100% Child and pet safe once fully dry roughly 4-5hrs depending on weather.
Please provide access to as much carpet as possible by moving items, especially furniture eg. beds/nightstands or anywhere that isn't regularly vacuumed.

Pantry Moth Treatment

While we can’t offer a warranty, follow-up treatments are available at a discounted rate if needed. Price depending on size and ant activity, we also have the option to use a top of the line product, which is the most expensive on the market (+$200 per Litre) for serious infestations for an extra $100 cost, it is used predominately for termites (white ants) as it wipes out entire colonies but only recommended on severe infestations.

I booked Bugga Off Pest Control to help us out with our rental that I was in at the time. The service Tom supplied was second to none and recommended a plan to control a plague of rats.

Tom arrived ahead of time in the morning sending texts to advise us of his arrival, he was very thorough on his procedures before commencing work, he did a thorough job compared to rivals I had before. I had Tom from Bug Off come out today at our house in Warragai Place Malua Bay for a full pest treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment he arrived, Tom was professional, punctual, and gave me real confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. He clearly has many years of experience in the trade and a solid understanding of pesticides, insects, and effective treatment methods.

Tom took the time to explain everything in detail — what the products do, how they work, and what to expect afterwards. He also offered several optional add-on treatments, explained the benefits of each one, and made it clear they were completely optional. I decided to go ahead with them, and even then, the final price was extremely reasonable. His pricing is very fair, and the quality of his work is excellent.

He worked methodically around the house, yard, and even the roof cavity, moving with purpose and obvious experience. He also gave clear instructions about drying times, pet safety, and what needed to be moved to make the job easier. His communication was outstanding — he kept me updated via text, let me know when he was running slightly late, and stayed in constant contact.

Once the treatment was finished, Tom went through everything he’d done, including showing me photos of areas he thought I should be aware of. He also reassured me with a guarantee: if I see any creepy crawlies after the treatment settles, he’ll return free of charge to sort it out.

Overall, Tom delivered a professional, thorough, well-priced, and highly communicative service. He’s a genuinely nice guy who takes pride in his work, and it shows. I’m extremely happy with the result and have already booked my next visit.
